Cancelation policy
At Vivelo we strive to deliver quality treatments, and our appointments regularly book out. We do our best to accommodate appointment requests via our waiting list.
As a courtesy to other clients, we have a Late Notice Policy which you agree to when booking:
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, for any reason, you agree to pay the full value of your appointment.
To reduce the likelihood of late notice changes, in addition to your booking confirmation we send you a reminder email 3 days prior & an SMS reminder 2 day prior. In the event you cannot attend, we welcome you sending someone else in your place.
